An Irshad school-project suggestion
Irshad project for ages 13–17: create a paper-based box production line and record time and defects over ten attempts. Change one step and compare results using safe tools and teacher supervision. Do not attempt smelting or industrial equipment.
Skill evidence for university and early work
For ages 18+: use a synthetic equipment-downtime log, classify causes and calculate lost time while identifying missing data. Propose an improvement and validation test, plus a sample shift handover.
